About 

Dan is a passionate and driven trail, road and mountain runner. Coming to running relatively late after finishing his undergraduate degree at Loughborough University, Dan has rapidly improved. Dan earned himself a sponsorship deal to become a Salomon UK athlete in 2019 has been selected to represent England in Road and Mountain running. Dan is determined to excel on the international stage.

 

Dan studied to a masters level at Loughborough University whilst also working as a fitness instructor, strength and conditioning coach and as an assistant athletics coach. He then went to spend a winter training in the Swiss Alps.  

 

Dan is determined to fulfil his potential and help others reach theirs whilst truly enjoying the process. Dan is a Personal Trainer and Online Running Coach that takes a holistic and interpersonal approach to training. Dan coaches clients at Nuffield Health Telford, in the Shropshire Hills, and online.

  • Individualized online coaching for runners which includes s & c programming, education on the principles of training, and constant communication to achieve your goal whether you are a total beginner or elite athlete
